Jeju - First adventure at the beach

We flew straight to Seoul after our Jeju trip, so we had to send a lot of our stuff to Seoul. The delivery company wouldn't take luggage so I had to wrap them with boxes. (10 minutes before we had to go to catch the airport shuttle). We barely made it to the bus.

We met up with Mom, Cody, and Kyra at the Jeju airport. We rented a car to drive around the island, and it was actually really nice. The car came with GPS and a stroller for Alden.
I only drove for the first day... lol. (Joe: And YY didn't bother taking pictures of me driving so it looks like she did all the driving.)

On our way to the Jeongmun beach. It's supposed to be the best beach in Korea. The sand was really nice and the water was really warm. We parked at the wrong place (the GPS really was going to take us straight to the beach, off a cliff, like in the Office when Michael was led into the lake) and had to hike down to the beach. (We had to move the car later)I got bit by mosquitoes on this short hike, and those bites tortured me for the rest of the trip.

Alden missed out on the whole beach experience... We bought Spiderman swimming shorts, swimming diapers, and a floaty for Alden that never really got used.

Well, he did wake up right as we were leaving, so grandma wanted to give him a little taste of the beach. He didn't appreciate it that much. lol.
